Teamsters Local 804 has represented working people throughout the New York-metropolitan area since 1937. Generations of dedicated members struggled to win the strong contracts, decent working conditions, and the top wages and benefits that Local 804 members enjoy today. 
Nearly 7,000 strong, from package deliverers and drivers to warehouse and factory workers, the men and women of Local 804 are united in the goal of preserving and building on all that their union has achieved. Local 804 is proud to represent workers at UPS, City Harvest, Trump Village, Corporate Coffee and Northrop (PAE).
Local 804 is committed to providing the best representation to all of our members. As a union, we are always seeking out new ways to make workers’ voices heard on the job, in politics, and in the community. From organizing new members to fighting for laws to defend our rights and to raise the standards of all working families, the members of Local 804 are building a strong union that is positioned to meeting the challenges of the “War on Workers” head on.
